Non-Member Waiver Form

TO: COMMUNITY PICKLEBALL CLUB (CPC), PROGRESS SPORT, PROGRESS RECREATION CENTRE and its affiliated local associations and clubs, and their respective directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”).
I understand that there are certain risks in any sport, and I will not hold any individual at the Club, or the Club itself, responsible for any injuries. I understand that protective eyewear is recommended while at the Club.
